KDKITO uses specification confirmation, controlled production, product-specific testing and pre-shipment inspection to support consistency from samples through bulk and repeat orders.
Before production begins, we confirm capacity, lift height, voltage, duty class, beam width, headroom, OEM markings and packaging requirements in writing -- eliminating ambiguity between sample and bulk order.
Hoists are assembled using controlled processes with verified components -- load chain, hooks, gearbox, brake and housing -- following the confirmed specification sheet for every production batch.
Load testing is performed according to the applicable product and order requirements to verify lifting performance before shipment.
Functional inspection can include brake operation, hook and latch condition, chain travel, dimensional checks and appearance review according to the product specification.
Approved units are packed per confirmed specifications -- carton, pallet, OEM labelling -- and a pre-shipment confirmation is issued with inspection records, photos and packing list before container loading.
